Queenstown Winter Olympics 2018

This is the main poster from a promotional campaign for Queenstown, New Zealand's bid to host the upcoming 2018 Winter Olympics. Einstein's Dreams Book

Einstein's Dreams Book

This book encompasses a single chapter from Alan Lightman’s book Einstein’s Dreams. The chapter depicted my book involves the concept of the passage of time and the unseen layers in the universe through with it passes. To represent this concept I created a 6 point star book, which allowed for twelve face pages, the same number as the hours on a clock. Along with this hand made marbled paper was used that helps to visually reinforce multifaceted layering, similar to what may be seen as a build up of sediment, over time. This book can be read as a normal book, page-by-page, or can be opened up and tied to create a three-dimensional sculptural star.
